First time at Susan Creek and we loved it! Great sights and large clean campsites. Very nice bathrooms with free showers! The camp host, Paula was helpful and friendly - we really enjoyed her company.

Love this campground, has spaces big enough for my trailer and truck to fit nicely into out camp spot, and having a full bathroom with showers is a nice bonus!

My family had a horrible experience. We got norovirus and spent a terrible two days vomiting and diarrhea, terrible aches and pain. There was no soap only hand sanitizer, which does not prevent norovirus!

Susan Creek has been our favorite campground for many years. We come with friends every year and have always enjoyed the atmosphere of the campground. This year things seemed a little less pristine. While the campsites were perfect as always, the men's bathroom was in a state of disrepair-the door was misaligned and the blower had a sign on it that stated not to use as it was a fire hazard. Also, there were times when there was no toilet paper in the family rest room.

I love this campground for its location, size, site cleanliness and always excellent and reliable camp host. Its also located near so many beautiful hikes, despite all of the burn areas from a massive forest fire a few years ago. I will definitely return each year unless it becomes so popular that getting a reservation becomes impossible

Great camp site! Lots of room in your sites we had a tent site and arrived that day without reservation. Easy reservations just called and got it! Host was nice and bathrooms clean! We had a nice trail to the river from our site. Would stay again!

The camp sites were very clean and spacious. The showers and bathrooms were also clean and in good shape. We enjoyed the hikes to the falls and the river. There were plenty of water and trash locations for campers and the trash cans were very large. The only thing I would say is to take note of which side the camp space is on, if you have a trailer make sure its on the same side as your trailer door, mine was on the opposite side (passenger side) so I ended up having to walking around my trailer every time to get to the table and fire ring, lesson learned. Overall the camp ground was very nice, Ill be coming back next year.

Very friendly host. Clean campsite, nice and quiet area that was well shaded and pretty private. Had a great time.

Ideal location to explore the region. Sites are compact but covered with fine gravel that helps to keep them clean even in the wet weather. Free showers available 24 hours. Cleanest restrooms and showers we see so far.

We slept soundly to the peaceful sound of the river and crickets then enjoyed a stroll along the well maintained river trail in the morning. We're so thankful that the campground was safe from last summer's fires.

Such a beautiful campsite! Very big and spacious. The driveway was perfect for both input cars. At night we were able to hear the river. We took the trail to the bridge and back. It was moderately easy, we had two little ones 6/9 a grandma 62 and a dog. The site we were on had a small path to the river trail and that was nice. The bathroom was so clean. We will definitely be back.

Very nice stay! Camp hosts were super friendly & helpful & keep the park really clean. Loved the hike to the day use area along the river, then up to the falls. Also loved the short hike east through the old growth trees-incredible. Great to spend time in the river as it was over 100 degrees.

Amazing campground! Clean and well maintained. Enjoyed exploring the Umpqua River located just off the back of our spot. It was the perfect base camp for our Oregon adventure!
