In spite of rude and clueless neighbor campers, this campground is impeccably maintained by staff. What an oasis. Thank you!

This campsite was clean and had beautiful surroundings. The hosts were extremely friendly. It's a 10 out of 10 for me.

This is the best campground on the North Umpqua River. The sites are level, spacious, and private, the hosts keep them clean and tidy, and the restrooms and showers are always clean, as well. There are multiple places to enjoy the river, and many of the camp sites have a river view. The no-see-ems were a bit annoying in the evening, but not enough to drive us inside. This is a reservation-only campground, yet there isn't sufficient cell service to book a spot at the campground. You can drive a few miles down river to get enough reception, so be sure to plan ahead.

Great location! The host takes amazing care of the campsites; showers and toilets are immaculately clean. This campground is very family friendly. We enjoyed exploring Umpqua National Forest and its gorgeous falls.

A great example of how a campground can be!
Clean, shower and flushing toilets.
Beutiful area on the Umpqua

Wonderful riverview campsite. Noisy locals in site two and three next to me celebrating a birthday and drinking a lot of alcohol. This went on well until after midnight for the two nights I was there. Thank god I had earplugs. No host present in the evening/night time (they apparently where elsewhere for a family event). Toilets plugged in the ladies restrooms every morning -- not just one but all three of them.

Most sites are relatively small, but the campground and bathrooms were wonderfully maintained, and the hosts helpful and friendly. Amazingly, the September 2020 fire leaped across the roadway, but stopped short of the campground. Within reach of several falls, Diamond Lake, and local stores. Just so peaceful and beautiful!

By far this WAS one of my favorites in Oregon. Unfortunately it was ravaged by fire and many sites have burnt trees. Where there used to be space and privacy between sites, now there are sparse trees. It looks like an apocalyptic campground. I’m looking forward to regrowth that returns this prime location back to its full glory.
