Night gets really cold. So get appropriate clothing and bedding

Convenient location, but very minimal privacy. Right next to various campers’ sites.

We camped in loop A and it was just perfect. Had 5 campers, 1 dog and the site had plenty of room and was just BEAUTIFUL. The forest is extremely dramatic and feels ancient. The amenities at the camp were beyond what most camps have given that it houses a full resort associated with the hot spring on top of the standard campsite stuff.

That being said, all of the bathrooms/running water in Loop A was busted while we were there. Didn't end up being too big of a deal since we brought our own water but I can imagine that being tough for some who did not plan ahead. The resort itself is really nice! Has 3 hot pools and 1 unheated pool that stays < 60 degrees. The staff was friendly despite there being some... less than enjoyable fellow patrons. Saw one worker get yelled at for a while by some unhinged person staying in one of the cabins.

Overall I would say this is a great spot for anyone who likes hot springs and enjoys "glamping". We brough along a few people who aren't normally campers but the amenities provided made them quite a bit more comfortable than normal camping. The resort itself is a bit pricey so be prepared for that but given how enjoyable it was I found the price fine.

I love, love, love, love the hot pool!!! I just wish I didn't have to pay per session, otherwise I could of hung out at the pool all day, but I understand the change in protocol amidst the current pandemic.

Clean sites. We had racoons visiting us when we were setting up the camp, but they did not worry us as we kept all the food in car. Don't leave food in open. Great locations to hike in the area and even backpack up.

Sites were well cared for and bathrooms were clean. Resort was selling firewood.
