We reserved 6 months in advance for our weeklong trip to Olympic National Park staying at three locations. Luckily Sold Duc was our last stop. There was no room for our trailer in site 21 Loop A. I entered our equipment when making the reservation. It states that there is room for two vehicles (truck and trailer), our overall length is well under the maximum. It was a tent site with two parking spaces (one for 21 and one for the neighbor site 22). This information needs to be updated in the system and a photo would be good too. There we no other available sites in September when we were there. We drove home two days early. Disappointed.

Campground is clean, quiet and well managed, such a great visit.

Our site was one of the nicest. The parking spot was right next to the parking for the nest site, which would have been tough if they were also sleeping in their campervan (like us). How we the actual site was large and private in the beautiful rain forest. It was also about 20 feet away from the trail to Sol Duc falls. I highly recommend taking the trail to the falls from here rather than driving down to the parking area. This first mile and a half is much quieter and prettier through the rain forest and you get to see lots of huge trees. Once you get to the part near the parking that everyone takes, its crowded and not as nice of a trail (although the falls are awesome). The campground itself is very nice - the bathrooms were always clean but like many in the national parks, they were chronically out of hand soap.

Found staff working hard to serve campers while quite short staffed and dealing with unexpected events (ie no towel delivery). Would love to see camp sites better accommodate tents (tent pads that are tent peg and air mattress friendly rather than sharp hard gravel pads) and hammock tents. Would also love to see more walk-in sites that cater to cycle touring.

Snow on the ground still as of April 9th. Still a fantastic time. Such a unique part of the planet, 10/10
