Went to beach 4 for the low tide to find tide pool and went to the tree of life. Recommend watching the sunset too

I visited with two different camp hosts, first night was Dan and second night was Chris - both were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom at the north entrance of B & C rows was not in very good condition. One of the two stalls was out of order, there was no hand soap and the hand dryer did not work. Many of the tent sites had concrete blocks preventing vehicles from angling into the site which made no sense. I have a tent that fits on the back hatch of my SUV and it cannot be used since the vehicle is blocked from the site. Why are the concrete blocks there? Example is site B1.

Enjoyed Ruby Beach and long walks along the Kalaloch beach.
Lack of showers was not a problem but could be!
The nature trail was great for the kids.

We had a wonderful time at this campground! The facilities were spotless, the camping sites were great. We stayed at two different ones during our time there, one by the water in section E and one in the woodsy area in section B. Both were great and very different experiences. We saw sea otters, whales, and lots of birds while there!
