The Kalaloch area is blessed with great natural beauty, and there's plenty to see from the campground and other spots in the area. I found the campground cleaner than most, including the well-stocked restrooms. Most folks I encountered seemed friendly and I was happy not to encounter much late-night carousing, etc., which I've run into in some other spots on the Olympic Peninsula. But I was disappointed to find the campground choked with RVs running generators, their occupants elbowing rapaciously for the best campsites, dogs sometimes barking and allowed to run loose, etc. The campground hosts were barely civil and seemed to have received special training in how to be less than helpful to a camper seeking information. Overall, I found that the juice wasn't worth the squeeze in terms of camping at Kalaloch and will camp elsewhere next time.

What a beautiful campground! We very much enjoyed the beauty and being close to the beach. It was almost full, but we hardly noticed we had neighbors due to the vegetation and quiet surroundings. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We hope to return someday.

This site was very private and quiet with a wide parking area and large area for tent(s).

It's just next to the ocean. Perfect venue to unwind.Only thing missing is a shower to clean up after getting wet at the beach.

Beautiful forest, beach access, chill vibe, what more could you ask for?! FYI, this campground is an hour from Hoh Rainforest, and 2.5 hours from Hurricane Ridge.

The log in experience was terrible. The camping experience was excellent.
