When i booked online and did not realize that the sites were drive throughs. The sites were not accommodating for a pop-up Eurovan. I felt like the staff were reluctant to move me and I was very disappointed the next morning when there were so many empty sites. I know it is the end of the season and everybody is tired but a little bit more help on their part would have been appreciated

Site D39 was wonderful. Can see the ocean past the trees. We had just enough space for two small tents and there's a perfect spot for a hammock. Beware rodents. We had a mouse walk around our site during dinner and while we cooked smores over the fire. Crows were also quick to swoop in if anything was left unattended for more than a minute or so. Bathrooms were dated but clean. No hand soap, so bring your own. Small selection of overpriced groceries available at Kalaloch Lodge. Had to park kind in a very small parking pad in front of the site (kinda felt like we were in the road). Beach and Tree of Life was a very short walk down some stairs. Highly recommend Kalaloch campground nothing beats going to sleep to the sound of ocean waves (altough, you're likely to wake up to everything covered in droplets of ocean mist/dew). Near the Hoh Rainforest. Near and lots of other beaches (Ruby beach only 10 minutes away was lovely at sunset. Recommend Beach 4 at low tide for tide pools).

Fantastic campground! Perfect location with great beach access, nice bathrooms, and awesome scenery! D-39 was a good site with partial beach views, and pretty well isolated from other sites.

Great campground and site on the coast. Site 39 was laid out nice and the bushes provided privacy from other sites. Site was big enough for one 3 person tent & one 1 person tent. Site parking is parallel to the road. There is a private trail behind the site that leads to an overlook of the beach. Bathrooms were updated and very clean.

This was a very good campground if you are seeking the more remote beaches of the Olympic National Park. I take it the northern part and its beaches are more popular.

This has a step down into the Beach and is beautiful overall campsite. I did not feel the campsites were jammed right next to each other. It felt relatively private. The campsites however can be quite small. Bathrooms felt clean though a lot of moths. There were spigots for potable water.
