This is one of the furthest campgrounds from most hikes and sites at this park - keep that in mind! But the beach is breathtaking,, the tidepools are awesome, and no matter what campsite you get, you will always hear the waves crashing at night - lovely. The only downsides to this stay (not counting the inevitable, incessant rain) was that there was no soap in the women's restroom for the entirety of my trip. Know ahead of time that you probably won't have service

Site E02 is a little cramped and not very flat, but it is relatively private and just steps from the bluff. It's also well-positioned between two restrooms. Every site has trade-offs now that the best sites are literally falling onto the beach, but E02 was an absolutely lovely place to spend a few nights. This was also the first time that I've had fairly regular cell and data service here, which may or may not be a plus for some people.

Beautiful location. Loved being able to access the beach and our site was quiet and felt somewhat secluded while still being close to others. If possible to secure, I would recommend the sites closer to the beach, because sites closer to the road have quite a bit of road noise during the day (but thankfully there is almost no traffic at night). We were there right after the reservation system ended and it was very busy. We were there right at check-in time and most of the open sites were filled within a half hour.

Great tidepooling and beach walking. Clean facilities, close to store, lodge.
