The bathroom facility closest to this site is also used by the day users, which makes it busy. You can walk a little further to two other facilities. This also means its close to the beach access entrance, which is nice (but also noisy). The site is small relative to the other beach adjacent sites, with little privacy - but its overlooking the beach! Camped in a rooftop tent, so we had a perfect view. Would recommend for a short stay.

What a beautiful spot. The ocean is a view, but there was a bushes in way to see it. I climbed on top of my car roof rack to be able see the ocean at sunset. It was so beautiful. I loved being able to hear the ocean all night. There was steps not too far to be able to go down to beach. One of my favorite campsites.

Most amazing camp spot, better than I could have imagined the beauty of nature in this area is absolutely stunning. I wish I could stay in all the different spots to get both the cozy rainforest like spots as well as the water front sunny spots

My space was small, but since I camp in my minivan it wasnt a big deal. My site backed right up to the cliff overlooking the beach. Nearby stairs/trail gave access to the beach. Small but decent flush toilet bathroom nearby. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous jumping off spot for seeing the park and with excellent views. Pay attention to your site details as ours was listed as standard non electric but then said lower that there was no tent pad. We made it work with a small car and our tent on the parking spot but some sites are much bigger. It can be kind of noisy with RV generators

The location and setting are beautiful. The cabin had an odd configuration, one area with a bed, futon and dining/cooking area separated by a partial wall from the second bed. The bathroom was off of area with the second bed, so no private areas. An issue with cleaning was promptly resolved by the friendly staff. The lodge had only a small common area by the check in counter with a limited view. The restaurant in the lodge had great fish and chips! There was access to a nice beach from the cabin and several other beaches and a nature walk within a short drive. I wouldnt stay here again only because it was shockingly expensive. Theres great campgrounds nearby.

This was an amazing site next to the water, but I didn't read carefully and found out just before we left that it's a NO tent site. We were able to fit one small tent next to the firepit, but make sure to read the details of the space. Sites are very close to one another. Everything else was great! A short walk down to the beach and the perfect location to visit any of the Kalaloch beaches and Ruby Beach. Ranger Programs were awesome and we would definitely return again.

Kalaloch is the best beach camping to be found! The views are spectacular. We love hanging out where the creek meets the ocean for the day. No hot water, hand soap, showers or cell service (spotty at best for Verizon). If you're looking to get away and relax, this is it!

There is a tree branch right near spotA22 that tore off my roof rack, and it had been hit numerous times
The ranger did nothing above it and said he couldn’t
Ridiculous

Wonderful new steps on beach access, thank you! Minus tides are so amazing, saw seastars of all sizes which was heartening since they were being killed off in recent years. Bonus early on our last day was a mother whale and two calves!
