Stayed in site #15 which was nice and spacious compared to the other sites near by. It is right next to the day use area which can be disturbing with people launching the boats into the lake bright and early in the morning. The camp host wasnt very friendly and didnt seem to inforce rules. Site 13 had at least 10 people with 3 vehicles, 1 was parked on the road the entire weekend, and several other sites had multiple vehicles. The hand dryer was broken in the bathroom closet to our site and the 2nd bathroom was out of order. Overall it is a nice campground with walking trails and waterfalls.

We drove up to a stunning view of Lake Quinalt on the edge of our campsite. We were able to fit 2 small tents on our site. It was perfect. The restroom faculty was located in a close proximity to the all the campsites. There was plenty of driftwood from downed trees for firewood. We could not have asked for a more beautiful area to camp for the night! There were trails right off the campsite and a mercantile store a short driving distance away. All in all it exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend it!

A very nice spot to use as a base camp while exploring the local sights.

Gorgeous campsites mostly among the lake and shaded. One of my favorite developed campsites this summer and a great place to stay before starting some local backpacking trips.

#13 is the best site followed by #15. The view is spectacular at #13. #15, is a larger site right next to the beach, but very close to the road & parking lot, but it wasn't too busy when we were there. Everyone likes to wave as they drive by, and you assume the role of information booth to many people.
The water source is powerful and the flush toilets, directly across from #13, are clean enough.
I wish there was a camp host on site, but the rangers are prompt if you need to call them with an issue. But they go off work at 5 pm, so you're stuck with anything that happens after that.
Cute store across from the lodge if you need anything. The firewood they sell is wet, so I'd pick up some at a stand along the way. The hike to the big spruce is gorgeous, and it's @ 6 miles. Casual enough to be hiked in socks and flip flops as one of our younger camper did.
Sites are small, only big enough for one tent comfortably.

My husband and I along with our dog stayed for 2 nights at site#15. It is right next to the lake access point. and had it's own access to the lake also, had a perfect view of the lake. The trail heads were super close. The bathrooms were not so clean but I think that was one time where someone created a mess. Overall we had a good break from the city life. Site#15 was the only site with lake access on the camp.
