Hawthorn Bluff Campground in Rogers County is located 30 min northeast of Tulsa, OK with an elevation of 692 feet. There are a total of 94 campsites including 2 tent-only sites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of January to the end of October. 85 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 19 and 105 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 67 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $16.00 to $50.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, amphitheater, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

I love Hawthorne Bluff Campground. Large sites. Nice trails, clean showers and bathrooms. The ladies do an excellent job of cleaning !The park ranger Matt is awesome!

One of the prettiest camps i have seen. Beautiful tall trees, clear view of the lake. Nice hiking trails, clean bathrooms, and dumpsters. Will return!

Nice views of Oologah Lake from my trailer. RV grounds were clean and good for walking my dog during my stay. Thanks, it added to my adventures in a positive way.

Some pads are hard to access. Carefully choose your site so you can access water to fill your tanks without having to leave. Also note some campers seem to leave their trailer hooked up at all times which is not allowed as these are shared water access points. Some did have splitters but still not allowed.Other than that the park was beautiful with lake views. Bathrooms were very clean and were used a lot but always clean.Would have loved to stay longer but they do close November 1st I think.

We had a perfect camping experience, of course weather was great. The park has a lot of well trimmed trees and look real good. The camp sites was clean and move in ready. From the shore I had luck fishing and there is a dock if you prefer. Great place to camp, but be carful some sites have trees that may be an issue.

Hawthorne Bluff is a great place to camp. Its close to home, relaxing, and good lake for fishing. The only thing I feel could improve the campground is to have more water hookups.

Nice park with beautiful views of the lake. Bathrooms/showers are well maintained and clean. Sites are well maintained but not very level. Bring lots of leveling pads with.

Beautiful wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A pleasant experience. Site 13 is really rough to back a trailer into because of the broken cement but we did it without causing damage. Needs fixing. Overall a great trip.

Camping experience is always great. However, my trip was cut short because the rep from call center told me my fourth night wasnt available to reserve and the camp host told me it was available

I love camping at Hawthorne Bluff. It is quiet, clean bathrooms/ showers. Lots of great campers there.

Campsite was perfect (35), level ,with water view, The flush bathrooms all need NEW toilet seats!!, bathrooms (flush/port a toilets) were very clean! ,shower was nice but, only 1 out of 4 was working. 2 showers were locked, 1 shower no light, so for over 50 sites 1 shower???,

After a day of visiting museums, we needed a good rest and hot showers. We found this at Hawthorn Bluff. The lake view was lovely, the showers clean and hot with high water pressure.

Cool campground. Bathroom and showers cleaned everyday. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of trees and a lot of sights with lake views.

Beautiful park and lake. Went during the week so it wasnt busy. Super dark at night (no lights) so be prepared.

The attendants at this park are some of the friendliest Ive ever encountered. I received a call around 11am the day I was supposed to arrive and was told the spot I reserved was empty so I could come early. Since the check in time is 5pm that is very considerate. Every time we arrive the attendants are happy and helpful. The downside to the park is that the roads are narrow and there are trees right next to the roads and turns. My camper is only 25 and I still caught a few branches. The other downside is that a lot of the sites do not have water so you have to fill your fresh water tank.
