Great park and great hosts. Only complaint is having to pay full daily rate if you show up and hour early and your site is empty. They either need to drop this or change check in and check out times to mid day.

Very large site with direct access to lake

We had a lake view site in C Loop which was nice for late fall visit and cooler temps. In summer months shaded sites in loops A or B would be better. Our campsite was level and had a large grass area. Site power and water were good. There was a canopy over the picnic table / pad with a shelf for our portable gas grill. The location was convenient to visit Tulsa, Pawhuska and Bartlesville.

Very clean, well spaced and scenic. Don't go expecting peace an quiet. It's frequented mostly by locals so it gets loud on the weekends.
