Nice campsite, close to the cove for swimming. Lots of shade. Easy to back in. Fairly level compared to the other sites in this loop. You'll need at least 75' of hose and a splitter to reach the (shared) water faucet. I would pick this site again.

The grounds are well kept. The GateKeeper was very friendly. This is a nice spot to camp in and to fishing in.It is a very popular place.Just outside of the campground as a boat ramp and a swimming beach. You have electrical power at your campsites you have shared water between campsites so bring plenty of water hose and a Y.I highly recommend camping here I hope to do it again soon soon. The only problem is it's so popular it's hard to get a site. The second issue of getting camping sites here is in years when it floods the campground can be shut down for long period of timeI have nothing but good things to say about this camp area

Very pretty park -quiet. Downside - not every rv site has it's own water hydrant. Pulled in to my site and discovered that I needed 100' of hose to be able to hook on to nearest neighbors water. A little unhandy but doable. When an rv pulled in beside me on the other side - they had to run 200' of water hose to connect to the same hydrant. Three on one hydrant was still doable but who carries 200' of water hose? Poor infrastructure planning even for engineers.

Good COE campground, nice paved sites, clean restrooms. Need better control over vehicles and boats being parked into streets obstructing others entering their space.

The park looks fantastic now that they did a control burn it was much needed. We enjoy the park a lot !!There are a couple of issues the trees need to be trimmed up higher fifth wheels coming in to the park get scratched up pulling thru the camp area specially when cars and boats are parked very closely to the or in the road needs to be addressed. We have enjoyed the park for well over 15 years the camp host are always very nice folks. Thanks you for taking care of the Tallchief and the upgrades .

If you need flat ground to pitch a tent, consider a site not on the outside/lakesideOtherwise, the amenities are good and the RV spots are high quality. One bummer, no firewood for sale at the campground. If you need wood, get it at the store at the end of the road before entering the park.

I highly doubt we will ever stay here again. The flies were absolutely horrible, I mean like the plagues of Egypt! We never ate outside. Spent way too much time zapping flies inside the trailer because every time you open the door, they get in. The old man that works the front entrance has no business working in the hospitality arena. Everyone in our party agreed he was an old grouch, rude, and very unfriendly. We were greeted with a scowl. Yay! He is just mad at the world and takes it out on the guests. The restrooms were decent, cleaned every morning. There were scorpions in the bathroom twice, however, and the floors don't adequately drain the shower water so the whole bathroom slightly floods. We spent all our days on the lake so we still had a great time. The water pumps have to be shared so expect a long walk to get to the pumps. Also, there are no sites with dump hookups on site, which meant we couldn't run our indoor water for washing dishes, hands, and definitely not use our toilet. Not a fan of public restrooms. Tried to purchase a honeypot from Tulsa camping world store but none in stock. This place is okay if you like primitive camping, the price is cheap and you are right by the lake.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
