Park and facilities were very nice and maintained. Unfortunately a tornado went through near the park and destroyed some of our equipment. The park did a great job of warning us and checking on us after we returned to the park after the storm.

Campsites were clean and the grass was mowed. The trails in the area were great.

Had a great week at Osage Cove on beautiful Kaw Lake camping, boating and fishing!

We had a power steering pump go out, and the campground went out of their way to help us get into a spot we could maneuver, versus the one we booked. The campground is lovely. The restrooms are showers are clean. We stayed longer than planned while our power steering was repaired, but Ponca City businesses were wonderful to us. It was a great experience, even with the car trouble.

Stayed there with my little family and the camping spot was horrible. The whole area is on an incline so it was almost impossible to find a place to put up a tent. But we had to make due. Also, there would be no way that 2 vehicles would be able to park there. The good thing was that it was not far from restrooms and there is a cute little shop for essentials pretty close by. The best part was the paddle fishing we all did!! That was amazing, but we had to drive a pretty long distance to get there, which I knew about before reserving this space. The overall environment at Osage Cove was good and family friendly, felt safe. Just know space 17 at Osage Cove is nothing like what the pictures show. Tent or RV/camper camping is impossible in this spot, but there were other spots I made note of for next time that look so so much more accessible and comfortable.

Lots of campers being loud and letting their dogs roam freely without being on a leash. These dogs roam into other peoples camp and I definitely have a problem with it. People over pack in campsites as well. They need to be more on top of these things.

We booked #21 and it was a fairly level site. Nice patio with picnic table, grill, fire ring and prep stand. Enough room to park our truck & boat and truck & camper side by side. No shade but that didnt bother us since we went when it was cooler. You can walk down to the water from this site fairly easy to fish, and you can drive by in a boat and see it clearly. Only downfall is the water is across the road and we barely had enough hose. And the stickers, our pups were covered in stickers when they went out in the grass. Good spot in all.

The group site #2 is very large, great for our recent celebration of life. Road is a bit narrow but it works. There was plenty of grass to set up games and let the kids run and play. The pavilion is very spacious, with buffet set ups on both sides, concrete porch was great for setting up all the cookers. Fireplace would be nice during the cooler months. The big parking lot could easily hold 12 vehicles. RV set ups were easy drive through and power was functional. Only downside was the one water hook up. This site is close to the water so you could walk down and fish if you wanted to. Definitely would book this site again for a big gathering.

My overnight stay was on Tuesday and Wednesday nights (9-10 Sep). Stayed in campsite 85 with wide back-in site with 30 amp and water hookup (although I did not use) and very close to shower facility. No other campers near and was very quiet. Shower was very warm and facilities clean, with exceptions of some small spiders and other little things.

Beautiful spots overlooking the lake. I never saw any park personnel during my two night stay. Even though there were supposed to be communal spigots there was no water anywhere near my site. Also, I couldnt find any trash cans other than the dumpster near the entrance. It was a pretty and peaceful place, other than the siren that went off frequently somewhere around the dam, but the basic amenities were sadly lacking.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
