I grew up on Heyburn Lake & we had many family reunions. Heyburn Park is so much cleaner and a joy to visit.

very nice campground! Loved our site right by the water's edge. Well maintained, too!

Lovely little park. We had a site on the water and enjoyed our overnight stay immensely. We will definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

We arrived and chose a camp site; the west side next to the water # 22. I recommend you bring a broom, soap and water hose to wash off the concrete picnic tables and pad. The water and electric worked great. We were tent camping with small children. The leaves were not out yet and the sun beat down on a 90 degree day in March so we ran a line between trees and put up a tarp. The sunset was beautiful over the lake and was the highlight of the evening. That made the camp sight choice a win! An unobstructed view of the sun setting over the lake. The restrooms were functional although it appeared vandalism to the facilities was an issue. Cleanliness was average but the wear and tear may have made It look less clean. The playground was ok. It looked well used. We fished and did not even catch a perch or bluegill on the west side of the point which was shocking. There was a lot of driftwood for campfires but we had brought some just in case. The water at this lake is typical of lakes in this part of Oklahoma: muddy and red. Overall a great trip for a little kid who wanted to stay in a tent and cool smores on a fire. And the site is 30 minutes from Tulsa. That is a win!

Even though I stayed during the off season in February, the park was very nice and quiet. There were only a few campers there.

Passing through the area. Watch GPS directions as we were directed down a long dirt road to get there.

It was a nice weekend getaway. The swim area is shallow for quite a ways and the kids loved it. Beach was clean. Campsites are mainly pull thru, which is nice. Camphost was friendly and welcoming. All in all I would go there again.

Little hard to evaluate since we were only there one night on a longer trip and it was Friday night of 4th of July weekend. Campground was full. Trash bins were overflowing and the sewer seemed to be backed up in the bathroom near our site. We were on site #1 and it was fairly level. Typical COE campground but needs a little TLC. Nice staff. I'd call and get directions, Google took us on a rough gravel road unnecessarily. I'd stay again and expect it would better if it was not a holiday weekend.

The park was very clean and the hosts were super friendly! Only issue we had was that someone tried to break into my car and set off the alarm at 6:30 am AFTER they stole the diesel out of our truck. After years of camping at Heyburn, this was a first for us.

Road into Campground extremely bumpy. Use alternative route past the dam. Sites are very unlevel and could use some maintenance and upkeep.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
