This was a nice stopover for us while traveling west. We weren't far from White Sands National Monument.

Extremely clean restrooms all day long. The showers are clean and have great water pressure. We noticed that several non-campers would use the facility in the late afternoon/early evening for showering etc. This could be because there was no one who manned the entrance booth and anyone can come into the park during the day or evening.

Johnson Creek is a beautiful, well kept campground. We e enjoyed each and every one of our many camping trips there.

This is one of my favorite spots! We had a fantastic view of the lake, but were within close proximity to the restrooms. Speaking of which, were very clean and kept up nicely! The hosts were nice and attentive to campers needs. Although I am a full-timer, I will make an effort to return. I highly recommend this park!

Camp host was really nice but the 10:00 pm curfew was a pain in the but we had a family friend show up at 10:15 and I had to ask them to open the gate
