Made reservations there and then when we got there, I Gates were locked. Local bike riders, but theyre closed till spring. Called in to get a refund. Havent heard anything back. The agent said the park was supposed to be open so he said he was going to email him to find out whats going on and he was gonna get back with me with an email havent heard anything yet that was four days ago.

When I got to the site there was no water. This wasn't just at my site, but at everyone's site. They cut the water off until the spring time. This would not have been a problem if they had notified my this was going to be the case when I was booking the site. I tried calling the park, and no one answered. Just poor communication all around. I won't be back.

East Burns Run on Lake Texoma is a great vacation spot or simply a nice getaway location. The sites are large enough for the largest most modern rigs. The majority of the electrical systems are 50 amp with very good water pressure. The dump station is accessible.

Really good site Enjoyed. Little too much nite life after 10p on Friday and Saturday for us old folks, but being on the very end near the boat dock helped that tremendously. This part of the park could use a little more corp, park and game warden patrols in the night hours.

It was just an overnight stay but very quiet and peaceful. We have stayed in this park in the past. It will always be a place we will stay if it is on our route. And sometimes for a few days. Price was right..
