My wife, 4 month old baby and I arrived at the site we reserved at 3 pm only to find a family already set up in our spot. Our name was not written on the reservation sign. After speaking to them we learned that they spoke to the site host and received permission to camp there. With my reservation confirmation in hand I went to look for the site host. The site host had a sign at there trailer system off duty which was useless. After an hour of waiting we gave up and went to a different camp site which was first come first serve. Non mention of a refund

Our spot (#30) was gorgeous and accommodated five people and three tents with no problems. Our host was very informative will definitely be up there again!

Salmon la Sac is my favorite campground in eastern WA! Heads up: there are pit toilets, and you have to use water pumps so bring a container to fill up. Also, please be mindful of fire restrictions and DO NOT have a campfire when there are numerous signs advising against it.

I really like this campground. There can be a bit of noise but that's just people having fun.
