The lake is very loud with all the motorboats. Not a place to go if you like camping for relaxation. More a place to go if you have a giant truck and boat and like being loud. The non electric sites allow generators, so that means its not even quiet at night. Its a very stressful campground. I give 3 stars because it is clean and the picnic tables are not damaged.

Neighbors had hopefully their grey tank and not black tank open the whole weekend draining onto their site. Told rangers and nothing was changed. Other than that had a great time!

Very peaceful, private, clean. Other than the showers in the M section. GROSS!!! Black mold and slimy floors. Just nasty. Rangers were very nice. Water was broken so my husband fixed it for them.

Camp was very nice. Gravel Sites a bit unlevel. Check in was quick and easy people were very helpful. Loved the ice cream truck coming around and the barrel train was so special and kids would love it

Campgrounds were clean. No activities or general store if you forget anything. Our campsite was all gravel (large pieces) could hardly walk in our tent without shoes on bc the gravel underneath was so sharp. Signs for no camping in the grassy wooded area.

It was good. Think I could have checked in earlier than as there was no one at the site the nite before. Could have done more with my son
@EusebioR2BD433 · Camped on Aug 2, 2025 at Campsite #A24
A024 was a decent site with a nice flat path to water at around 60 yards to water. A kayak or canoe with wheels will get you to water very easily, two trees that were around 30 feet across was perfect for our dog's pulley line dog leash so he could walk back and forth. If you have a dog like we do then close by dogs barking won't bother you because you are probably used to that.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
