One of my favorite campgrounds. Always clean, always friendly staff and hosts. I try to visit several times every year.

Great campground! Mostly quiet at night. Lots of boat traffic which is ex0ected with the lake. Definitely will come back! A must bear by is Dixie Donuts...you won't regret it!

As a dog owner, we enjoyed walking our dogs in the campground and had a great area to walk them. We noticed that in Loop B there was one doggie bag/ disposal can but not one in Loop A. Also we noted that the amphitheater area was really overgrown with weeds and bushes. I know that we were there at the end of August and they are probably not used as much, but was still was neglected looking. We really enjoyed our visit, even with first 3 days of rain intermittently, and we are planning on returning next year. Booking seems to go quickly, so we are waiting on Oct 1.

Private spot, trees on the sides, dark. Many sites off level. Site 69 only required one 2x12 on each of two corners to be within our leveling systems ability to level our motorhome. CG water tastes fine, electricity solid. Good COE park.

Always a good stay at Bandit’s Roost. We enjoy the trails and that we can still have a secluded campsite. We enjoyed being nearly alone and in the trees.

Great experience at the gate keeper. Was there to Mtn Bike the area. Had site 69 was good private site. Notice many other sites look real close to the neighbors.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds and campsite were well kept. We go camping for peace and seclusion, and found that easily at Bandit's Roost!

I absolutely loved this campground. The camp site i reserved was awesome to get into and had great room. I will return as soon as next year dates are released!

We stayed at site 69A with a 31ft travel trailer. It was perfectly secluded. Obviously other campsites were nearby but being a state park there were plenty of trees separating each site. Very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back next season.

Electric and water hookups at the sites are perfect. Fire pit and picnic table were clean. Our first site was very private and shaded. Our second site (because we extended our stay) had a beautiful view of the water.
