Perfect site with amazing rangers who care about the visitors.

Warning: it is very windy! Otherwise, this was one of the nicest most gorgeous campgrounds I've ever stayed at. Flat, perfect view of the sky, and big generous lots at a fair and generous price. We came all the way from Canada and got engaged at Cape Point so this place means a lot to me... Maybe someone could reach out from the parks service if they know where I can get a magnet to commemorate this trip!

The campground is very close to the beach and we went to watch the sun come up over the ocean. Sites are flat but almost no trees anywhere in the campground. The grass was pretty high at our site. Restrooms were nice.

Not far from the ocean, so sleeping in a tent was an awesome experience as you were put to sleep by the sounds of it. excellent bathrooms, and the stars were incredible.
