Camp is very nice with pretty views. Great place for quiet weekend. Not much to do anywhere near but golf tho.

Serene spot to park and enjoy the peace while being close to Santa Fe and Albuquerque.

The grounds were full of weeds. Grass had not been mowed for quite a long time.

We are a senior couple travelling in a fifth wheel. The site was level & there is good separation between the sites. The best part was how quiet the park was. We didnt use the public washrooms or showers. We did hike the one trail on 2 occasions.

The sights were large and very clean with a concrete pad around a covered picnic table. All the sights are paved with ample parking space. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. The bathhouses could use a little TLC but are functional and fairly clean. As a matter of fact they were cleaner than some private RV places where we have recently stayed.

Most sites in Buffalo Grove are quite unlevel, and our site was not cleaned before our arrival with debris left from previous RVers. We stayed 5 nights total in 2 separate campsites, both terribly unlevel, throughout stay never witnessed anyone cleaning sites whatsoever. We live in ABQ area less than an hour away, we come a few times a year. Lately, campground has dropped a couple of notches overall. We prefer now to stay at NM State parks where they thoroughly clean and rake your site, sites are more level, better spaced, and a bit more economical at $14 nightly.

Everything you want, plus you can get radio stations, and your cell will work as well
we were in a space with water and electric hook up so what else is left a great view, sunset, and kayaking and showers in the bathrooms
