Our 2 nite stay at Cohciti Campground was nice. We stayed at site #7, it was a nice site, clean and electric. Never found the water hookup. If we come back to this area, we will stay here. Thank you!

Cochiti is our “go-to” camp spot when we just want to get away for a weekend - under an hour drive from Albuquerque and easily accessible. Not all RV sites have water but not a big deal for short stays. Lake access is on site and there are also several day picnic shelters. Overall, this is a great place to get away without having to travel far.

What an unexpected find! It's a little off the beaten path - about 12 miles off the interstate. Very limited grocery options, so take what you need or be prepared to drive into Albuquerque or Santa Fe. But, we had a great pull through spot at the upper part of the Juniper Loop. Plenty of room and a nice view. No water or sewage at the spots and filling your fresh tank is a kind of weird experience. You MIGHT find a water source near your spot, but it is shared so you can't just hook up and stay hooked. At our spot the nearest water was hundreds of feet away. We just drove around until we found an empty spot with water and pulled in and filled our tank and then went to our site. The lake is pretty nondescript but there were lots of people fishing. Not sure if or what they were catching. Good cell service on AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Clean sites, and knowledgeable, helpful volunteers.

Bathrooms were out of order, no shade awnings, and the gate keeper were of no help. We left after being in the camp ground about 2 hrs and will never return

Great location at a great price! Close to Albuquerque and San Antonio.
