We had an amazing hike at nearby Kasha-Katuwee Tent Rocks and enjoyed kayaking on the no-wake lake. Beautiful location and campsite. Level pad and covered picnic shelter were great. Bathrooms were a bit overused by the day boaters, as the bathrooms in the boat launching area were closed with instructions to go to the campground. Other than the bathrooms being a bit run down, we had a very positive experience and would come back again.

Ive rated it as excellent based on the pictures Ive seen of the campground. Unfortunately, we never got to experience the campground as we could not find the actual campground. We ended up on the other side of the lake based on our GPS where there were no open campgrounds. We ended up go to a regular RV park for our one night stay. We wish we had the actual address of the campground so we could have actually spent the night there.

Camp sites were neat and clean. Restrooms were clean as well. No noisy neighbors, dogs were all on leash.Very fine place!

Lovely little hidden gem. It was early spring and a little chilly but still great. We biked the reservoir road. Lovey views and great camping spots.

This is a great campground. Stayed on the Ringtail cat loop closest to the water. No hookups on this end, but beautiful views and serenity. Clean (and free) shower house made it a bargain at $12 night.

Very nice campground....very well kept. Good spacing in-between sites. And it was great to have nice showers. I didn't have a site with electric hook up, but they are available. My site, number 71 in the Ringtail Cat loop, had fabulous views of the lake! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this campground and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Quite lovely and about 45 mins to hiking in Sedona (Bear Mtn, Boynton). Sites are very close to each other, E loop sites are not flat. Showers close 7, rather early for active campers.

This was a great experience for me and my family. The facilities were excellent and the the grounds well kept. The Lake is always so much fun and I enjoyed the weekend. I will be returning! It's always a great place to get away.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Cochiti! The campground is impeccable, the hosts were personable and helpful and the view from our campsite (Ringtail Cat #71) overlooking the lake was just beautiful.

The campground is nice with great spots and clean restrooms. Unfortunately, this was a case of disrespectful campers that were drinking alcohol (not allowed) and were very loud well past midnight. Once the gate is locked at 10pm there are no ranger patrols which just gives people more of a reason to break the rules. We had a great time on the lake stand up paddle boarding but ended up leaving one night early since we got a horrible night's sleep on the first night. I will definitely visit the lake again, but I probably would not camp again particularly in a weekend.

Beautiful beautiful campground and so well maintained. I stayed in site 071 and loved it. No complaints.
