March is likely the busiest time at Red Rocks in Las Vegas. The campground was FULL but people came at all hours driving around looking to see if there was a spot available. This translated to a rather noisy campground while we were trying to sleep. However, the campground temporary residents were quite polite. The actual infrastructure is adequate with pit toilets, potable water and individual tables and sandboxes to pitch your tent. Its a beautiful spot. Pro tip: you are required to get a car pass from the campground host EVEN if you have your recreation.gov campground reservation. The office is only open from 3-5 p.m. or you could be fined. There was one sign that said 2 p.m., so we waited unnecessarily.

Very close to the Red Rock Scenic drive and to the Albertson's in town for groceries.

The campgrounds were really nicely maintained. The spot was great, and the host was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms cleaned everyday and there was hand sanitizer near the door. Potable water was running and good

The campground was quiet and respectful of others. It was a surprise that some sites including mine had street parking instead of a pull-in space. I don't recall it said that on the reservation.

I don't understand why no showers are available in your campground. Also, why as an "America the Beautiful" member, not entitled to discount when booking for such.

Peaceful, clean and quiet. Love the fire pits, can actually have a fire. Very friendly and helpful camp hosts. Love this little get away.

Sites are small and are really close together. We barely fit our 10x14ft tent. But the views are fantastic! Worth going

We called to speak to a rep because we have a very large RV (41 ft) before we booked on line. You can't actually speak to anyone at the campground. We spoke to someone at Red Rock Canyon who told us to book a tent sight and it would accommodate us. We were also told there was a dump station and fresh water. We arrived and there is no dump station and no fresh water. The spot did not fit our RV, however, the camp host let us park near them on a spot that is never used. It was 20 dollars a day plus tax with no hooks ups. The only reason for 4 stars is the location. We truly appreciated the camp host working with us but the misinformation given to us was frustrating.

Have stayed at this campground and specific site plenty of times and its always a pleasure. Clean, nice hosts, and usually no roudy parties make it an easy choice for climbing the local area.
