Campground hosts were very friendly. Its too bad the campground has a reservation system, its very difficult to get a site. People book and then cancel.

There is a glaring hole with the reservation systems at the campground. I did not have a reservation upon arriving, my mistake. The campground was completely reserved but so many of the sites are unattended by folks that have paid for the site but never show up. This is really a tough situation for those in need of a site. I was able to make reservations for most of the 9 days while I was there but had to move campsite at least four different times bc the sites were reserved the following day. So again, I was there for quite sometime and there were many sites that went unoccupied. This is unacceptable for those trying to enjoy the park and the public lands. I dont know what the answer is but its really in need of an improvement. As far as the campsite goes. Its Ok. They need showers! I understand its a desert but, I would be happy to pay to shower. Its very noisy because the land is so barren that sounds really travel. Once a few sites wake up its not long before youre awoken because its just too loud to rest. There needs to be more campsites built. I was just so happy that I was able to make the reservations online and deal with moves accordingly. Make a reservation way ahead of time or youll be playing musical campsites each morning!

No WIFI. Must drive a mile back to highway for any reception even with booster.

The sites are clean and well-spaced from one another. Other campers were very respectful and quiet. The campground is convenient and close to some good BLM hiking trails within less than half a mile from the campground. Also very close to Red Rock NCA and other good hiking areas within 5 miles. The bathrooms were clean and conveniently spaced. I will definitely use this campground again.

I enjoyed the hosts and once I secured the campsite I loved being in the midst of the vast scenery. The sunset and sunrise perfect. The site is well kept and very organized and clean.

Very nice campground.
Probably time to make infrastructure improvements like flush toilets and paved roads.
No cell service here.
