The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. The campsite was pretty clean though there was some small trash here and there. The toilets were clean and well lit. My only real complaint is about noise from another campsite near mine. A party showed up about 430 pm and one member began talking very loudly and did not stop for ten hours. I had to wear both ear plugs and ear muffs, which was very uncomfortable. Finally at about 230 a. m. I shouted over for her to please be quiet. I would like to see greater emphasis on quiet and enforcement by campground personnel at this and other campgrounds. I use a tent, not an rv so I cant just close a window or door to block out this kind of nuisance, which basically ruined one evening and night for me.

Half the bathrooms were closed. Made for a miserable time in the morning looking for an open one. The host's excuse was that there wasn't enough help. There were 2 pair of hosts as usual, they just refused to open the other half of each bathroom. The CG was full. It looks like campground management is deteriorating at Red Rock CG.

I always have a great experience when visiting this area. I did some multipitch climbing on my last visit and had a absolute blast.

I'm not entirely in favor of making the entire campground accessible through recreation.gov... why not not 50/50 so first come first serve have an equal opportunity to make reservations as well... also not a fan of the $8 processing fee on top of the $20 camp fee... why? The host married couple on site are awesome!!!

The pitches for camper trailers the ground was VERY unlevel. It made it very difficult to get high enough on one side so the frig would operate. 2 of the male camp hosts were not very polite. We needed to cancel a day early and the man said well thats not gonna happen. When the previous day the lady camp host cancelled our friends no problem.

The hosts were great! Very helpful and friendly. They really made the difference. It would be nice to get electricity to the sites. It was quite cold. But overall we loved it!The Helio people.

Red Rock Campground: clean and well kept. Vault toilets are clean, well-lit, and well-stocked. Must see Red Rock Canyon and a short drive to Valley of Fire.

The hosts were excellent and the campground was very welcoming and close to the activities we were looking to do. Very sanitary and clean facilities as well. Highly recommend.
