Nice campground with many pit toilets throughout. Great place to stay and the scenic loop is a must do. It is gorgeous. Also many hikes throughout. If you are a climber, you can do that too.

Red Rock Campground is great, awesome location. Sites are clean, bathrooms clean, hosts were awesome. It is a little exposed - no shelter from sun or wind. In November, the wind was cookin'. I would imagine on hot days, you would get cooked as well. But, can't complain about nature, facilities were great.

Convenient camping right next to red rocks. Simple and have everything you really need - toilets, drinking water, and a comfortable place to set up camp.

When we came to the campground, we were told that there were several available spots, but that they had to be booked online. Then we were told that there was no cell service in the campground so we would have to leave the campground, go down the road quite a way until there was cell service, book a campsite, and come back. Navigating the campground loops was confusing, and there was no map of the campground available. There was no dump station and no hookups. There were bathrooms but no showers. There was no water to fill the camper, but supposedly there was a place to put water in a small jug. The sites were close together.$25 seemed steep for a parking spot and bathroom. We would not camp here again.

The camp hosts (from Minnesota or North Dakota, I think?) were incredibly friendly. The bathrooms were immaculate. Everyone was quiet during quiet hours. Happy to have fresh drinking water. Great stay!

This place has some water available and clean out houses.
Some spots have some shad but not all of them. It is very dusty with gravel roads and trailer pads.
Talk log fences line the roads so it is easy to see where to drive.
The reservation system is poor.
There is no way to work out reservation difficulties or questions since the hosts can’t do anything on site and recreation.gov can’t be reasoned with or even communicated with.
There is no wifi or internet except for the camp hosts have internet that can only be used on their closed system.
The hiking reservation system is a mess and it is difficult to know and understand policies
