The campground was managed very well and enjoyed the volunteer Kristy. We had accommodations for 3 nights but were in different sites each night. She allowed us to transition from one to the other as soon as the new site was available, THANK YOU! I think that the entrance is misleading into the campground... I went straight when I should have turned right. I also watched on different occasions that other people did exactly the same mistake.

Nice and quiet campground close to Las Vegas, but already in the pure nature.

Very nice campground. Good location. Clean restrooms. It's nice to have tent pad and canopy over picnic table.

Such a beautiful area with lots of hiking trails. The campsites were really clean including the bathrooms. I liked that there was a nice flat area to set up my tent. Everyone was super friendly. There is a store about 5 min down the road so if you are like me and forget something its not a big deal. Really enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very friendly and flexible. Sites were large, clean and spacious.Only real downside of the trip was our tent blew away in high winds, but staff and other campers were helpful in the search. Only feedback would be that the gravel in the tent pad at site #5 was packed so tight that we couldn't really get any stakes into the ground, which probably caused the loss of the tent in high winds. Might have been an issue at other sites as well, since it seemed like many others lost tents.

Great surrounding landscape to enjoy the solitude of your stay. (We're seniors) Seems to be a great jump off point for cyclists and rock climbers. If in an RV, some sights not level. Once you know which sites work, it's a great park. Camped here 3 times. Very close to Costco and box store. The area also offers great hiking trails, an da drive through outdoor museum.

Standard campground but would recommend that you bring either an RV, van or burly tent. The winds here are ferocious and can destroy tents.

It was clean and the shelter for shade made the stay even more comfortable. If only you could turn the wind off after 9 pm, that would make it even nicer.

The campsite amenities were great, with a dedicated tent pad, fire ring surrounded by 3 benches, picnic table on a large concrete pad and a shelter over the table (not all sites had the shelter, but ours did). The fire ring included a cooking grill if needed. Spacing between sites was good and there was some vegetation that will grow up for more privacy. Everything was clean and in good repair, as this is a fairly new campground. Friendly check in - camp host.

Clean and spacious campsites. Friendly host. Mostly level. Pit toilets were clean. Water tasted fine. No electrical or water hookups. What I did not realize it this campground is about 5 miles from the city of Summerlin in Las Vegas and many people go into the city for the evening/dinner so the late night noise of cars/trucks returning is more than I expected. Roads were all gravel in campground so that makes more noise than dirt or paved.

This campground was pretty good. The check-in was a super easy process with the hosts being very kind. It was a full campground and at times a little noisy, but not too much during the night! The light pollution from the Vegas strip was pretty amazing so it never got completely dark, but still a beautiful sky. The sunset is unbelievable on the red rocks. The biggest disappointment were the bathrooms. Bring your own toilet paper and wipes if you can!
