This campground has well-appointed sites and clean restrooms. We biked the 13-mile Scenic Drive, and it was a beautiful way to experience the canyon. The Visitor Center is terrific!

Friendly and courteous campground attendants. Very quiet. Outhouses were always clean. Loved our 2 week stay!

Caretakers we're friendly and helpful. There are water spigots outside each bathroom.

Didn't realize when we booked #39 & #48 that we could not pull our van into a spot, just had to park along the side of it. They were still great spots, but would have preferred being able to pull into a spot and park. We would definitely return. Great sunsets and star gazing.

Its a desert campground, so not many trees to separate sites; despite that its quite nice. The sites are large, with nice flat tent sites, picnic tables and grills. Views of surrounding hills, and lots of sky- beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The pit toilets were clean and there is potable running water available. We have a camper van, which was parked at the edge of the campground road on the edge of our our site; some sites would have allowed us to drive onto the site. It doesn’t appear that there would be space for large RVs. There are no showers. But we liked it; close to entrance to the Scenic Drive.

The campsites were clean , the greeter helpful.
Suggest adding more car port like structures to the upper campsite.

Half of the bathrooms were closed and therefore very hard to keep up with a full campground every night. Not every site has a shade cover, it seemed as if those were for RV sites only which made zero sense to me as they already have shade and shelter. Also many sites are not drive in sites but park alongside the road which is not ideal for some vehicles. I had a hard time figuring out which sites had which amenities. Close to Red Rock Canyon however so that was convenient. We had to cancel a night's stay and got a full refund which was amazing.

Beautiful setting, iffy cell coverage, nice facilities.
