Everything was fine on our first day there. On the second morning the Forestry Department decided that it was fine to start a Controlled Burn on a Sunday, and on Spring Break. The smoke was so horrible that we could not stay our entire stay. We were having problems breathing. Very inconsiderate. You had a full camp ground and owed the people who were spending their vacation there better than what we got. Very unhappy at the lack of caring. The campground was full. Doubt we will be back. If you have to have the Controlled Burn, then do it in January when it isnt so busy.

We love this park. Always clean and quite at night. We go fishing early in the morning and go to bed early.

Great site, nice having full hook ups. Loved the walking trail. Camp hosts Linda and Randy were very friendly.

we didn’t like the fact that the manager always appeared on our site and took control. we are experienced and often go camping, but I have never seen anything like this. people who live there approached the children playing on the field with a ball and said, "don't shake my nerves." is it incredible, the children came to nature and should just sit?

I didn't realize the camp ground was just an rv park and that everyone is kinda crammed together with the baby sitter staring at us through their window. Our group was not a bunch of rowdy college kids but we were treated like that. I wouldnt recommend for tent camping.
