Nice and Clean Bathrooms, everything was so peaceful. The host do his job perfectly

This lot is nice. Secluded, a short walk to the lake and trail, water spicket on edge of lot. Restrooms were very clean. Got there Thursday. Friday evening there were a good amount to kids with families that came in so that kinda broke the nature silence vibe. Overall its a great campsite Will return .

Stayed at site 30 in the upper loop. You don't have to check in, if you reserve on-line, they'll have your name written on a whiteboard at the site. Site 30 was great with decent privacy, close to water, garbage and washrooms/showers. For firewood, there's no place to purchase on site. I passed several roadside stands selling firewood on the way in. There are many downed trees surrounding the site but if it's rained recently the wood will be wet.

Wonderful campsite and great sized loop. Facilities were clean. The loop around Badin lake is beautiful, a moderate hike that had great views. Will be back!

Stayed in the same spot as last year for veterans day weekend, but this time the placards weren't updated for badin upper loop since October 11th, no host on site, and there were squatters in our reservation. Luckily they chose to break camp and move on.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The campground was in close proximity to hiking trails and fishing areas of which we took advantage. We have already booked a site for the near future.

We just live Bafin Lake Campground. It is always very clean. This is our favorite spot to relax.

We stayed in Upper Loop #30 at Badin Lake Campground. Location is key for low-elevation lake-side hike, hammocking, swimming, fishing -- can't beat it's proximity to the water. We do wish there was more than 1 "hikers-only" trail nearby (though it was a solid 6 miles). Sites are more private than the nearby Morrow Mt. State Park we stayed at 1 month prior -- more trees etc. Though a more dense forest equates to more critters... Other perks as compared to Morrow Mt.: larger picnic table, 2 lantern poles vs. 1, more sturdy fire ring, and private/individual bathrooms and showers. Though Morrow does have a mountain with multiple trails and is more commercialized (kid friendly). Whatever floats your boat -- 5 stars to both parks!
