We stayed here at the start and finished of a four night bikepacking trip! Will stay again.

We had a wonderful time (despite one night of rain) camping in our tent at our favorite spot in the Davidson River Campground.

Overall experience was very nice, as always. But the restroom in the roadside loop, next to site#140, with only one toilet available to use for not only the roadside sites, but also used by many riverside loop sites is very inconvenient. It has been this way for some time. And the restroom was not cleaned very well.

Perfect location for tent camping! Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. The person at the entrance was friendly, courteous and helpful. The campground was quiet in the evening. We've camped at Davidson River Campground before and try to get the same spot each time.

Davidson River is our favorite campground! Always so well run and friendly staff. This time we explored Dupont State Forest and it was amazing. We will be back soon!
