Had a great stay as always. Besides the host we were the only ones there staying. Even though the burn ban was implemented we were still able to enjoy the charcoal fire cooking (lol). It's always so quiet and peaceful staying there. That's why we love it and always come back.

Van Hook Glade is a small jewel of a campground. Secluded, wooded, within walking distance of some nice hikes and easy driving distance to Highlands and Cashiers and other hikes. Hosts were very helpful. Bathrooms and (hot) showers are well-lit, warm and clean.

Very clean. Hosts were very friendly and helped provide insight into local activities. The proximity to Highlands and other local attractions made it a great weekend getaway.

Campground was peaceful and pleasant. The host was super friendly and had insightful ideas for the kids. Very dog friendly. Campsite 16 was awesome and had plenty of afternoon sun to warm us up in early April.

Beautiful campground! Wonderful host. Awesome showers. Plenty of open space and distance from other campers. Really looking forward to another trip back.
