Peaceful, beautiful campground with level, paved sites near the Emerald Isle and northern outer banks coast. 3 miles from Food Lion, 40 minutes from Beaufort NC and the ferry to Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout. Second time staying here - sites have power (experienced some brown outs) and water faucets in campground, but not at individual sites.

We had a wonderful time at Cedar Point. It was quite and very relaxing there. There was a few trails within walking distance of the campground. We walked them every day the week we were there. Host were very nice and easy to talk to.Had no issues with the bathhouse which we had to use daily since we were tent camping. We plan to return again next year.

A nice, quiet campground close to the beaches that's open year-round. With a hiking trail along the water and access for kayaking, it's one of my favorite places to camp. The bathrooms are clean and heated during the winter months. The showers have plenty of hot water, but they are not heated like the bathrooms, so most campers don't use them when the temperatures drop. All sites have electric, but water is spread out between sites so there is no hookup allowed and no sewer service other than a dump station is provided. The campground hosts are friendly and helpful and keep the sites and facilities clean.

In the past it was a 5, but in September the bugs were so bad I cancelled my reservation five days early because I was so bitten up I could not stay another minute, and no money refunded for cancellation of five nights! Very frustrated, Joan

Very nice place. Easy to get to. Nice fishing spot down the road. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. The host was friendly, but did not intrude on my privacy.I had site #22, which was fine for tent camping, but this place is set up for RVs. Many of the sites are really not good for setting up tents, as they are so close together with no real coverage from your neighbors. If you are looking to go tent camping, choose your site well.

This is a great little campground. The grounds are well maintained but the bathrooms are starting to show their age. One of the stall toilets in the men's bathroom wasn't working. There is a lot of wildlife - surprised a deer grazing near our site one morning. The hiking trail down by the river is nice.

This is a wonderful campground with spacious sites and super easy leveling of RV’s. Only negative is no water hookups at the sites and the showers are push button.

We had a excellent stayed for Christmas, wife's birthday and New Years. Michelle, Ashley & Rich were very accommodating for our needs with our family that was visiting. They really need to get the windows covered for showers. But we will be back!!!!!

this is just such a nice getaway not far from the crystal coast and Jacksonville/Wilmington. It is a quiet park, nicely wooded and close to a beautiful marsh area with lots of areas to fish and kayak. There is a lovely nature walk through the marsh located very close to the RV park.

Great place to camp. Sites are paved and level, with good privacy. Bath house is clean.

Cedar Point CS is kept clean. The bath house/restroom are separated by a covered breezeway making it a pleasant waiting area at peak usage. Shade trees overlook most of the camp sites and the usual visitors come with a more relaxed peaceful approach to enjoying camping. It's a very pleasant place to get away.

Nice park close to many activities. No water at sites so full up when you come in. Dump
Station water is very slow when cleaning out tanks. Dumpster was packed full when we left on a Thursday. Still enjoyed our stay
