It was early in the season but all was quiet. I loved having shade trees in most sites. The shower/ toilet building was clean. I loved listening to the nocturnal birds. The occasional war bird fly over was an added bonus during the day.

Always enjoy this campground each time we visit. Sites are very nice and spacious with plenty of shade. Location is great with it being close to good fishing areas and the beach.

Campground is very clean, well kept and surprisingly spacious. Most sites seemed level. The campground is only about a 12 minute drive from the beach at Emerald Isle and minutes away from a variety of stores and restaurants. The Tidelands National Trail is also very close and quite beautiful. We selected our site online and prepaid so we never saw a host to check in with and just drove to our site and set up. Mid-week the campground was very quiet and maybe 60% full but filled up quickly as the weekend approached. Bugs were not much of a problem but mosquito netting on our awning helped a great deal. The cicadas put on an incredibly loud and entertaining show every evening as the sun was going down. This is a wonderful campground that I'm sure we'll be visiting again soon.

This campground was very pretty, well-kept and the sites were spacious. It was one of the quietest campgrounds we have been to despite the fact that the campground was full! My only critique would be that the bathrooms couldve been cleanerI have seen much worse and only used the bathroom once while out for a walk. Will definitely go back again!

It would be great to have recycling and the showers cleaned each day! Otherwise this is a great place!

Beautiful wooded campsites, short walk to kayak launch- peaceful surroundings. Extra clean bathroom & shower. Friendly, helpful camp hosts.

30 amp electric was not working at our site and we had to stay there anyway.

Cedar Point is a beautiful campground with huge sites. It is very well maintained and close to beaches and other attractions of Emerald Isle.

Campsite is very nice, good amount of shade and space. Close to sound, beach, restaurants and stores. Only issue was bathhouse. Older and very hot. Also not kept clean, not sure what the host does as never saw them. Recommend you come ready to use your camper washing facilities.

We were here for 10 days everything good the restroom were clean. The only problem we had was we like to sit outside mostly we had so many people stop at our site thinking we were the co-host which was annoying. Tony the co-host was hardly ever there, even when the host had to run errands. He has a rundown pop up that he doesn't even stay in that we had to look at when we sat at picnic table.I think once he cut grass but never came by us. That was very disappointing since we have stayed at flanners and there was always a co-host available if the host was out of area. The was one good thing about our stay the new host checked on every camper every day unless they were off. They are super nice and will do what ever they can to make your stay enjoyable

Great location with roomy sites. Sites are electric only with no water or sewer hookups. Bathhouse was acceptably clean except on our last day. Showers do not have ample hot water, be prepared to take a coldish one!
