There was only one shower working out of five showers. The handicap shower was not working either. There was nothing from the host as to why it wasnt working. Never really saw the house the whole time we were there.

Our visit to Cedar Point is always good. We enjoyed walking and kayaking and just visiting with family. As far as the area, I would say you should definitely check out Gaffers Restaurant on Emerald Isle. The food was awesome.

Camp host in site 13 harassed us on multiple occasions. He belongs in an HOA, not a national forest. We travel with 2 kids and 2 friendly labs so things are hectic. Instead of talking with us about any issues he would storm into our camp and start yelling then act like he was being attacked by our dogs looking for a pet. I called the Croatian National forest but no one answered or returned my phone call. It’s sad that we have these beautiful places being left in the hands of miserable freeloaders.

Stay was between 6/26 - 6/30.

We really enjoyed our time at Cedar Point Campground. Site 18 was our home for a couple days to spend quality time with my brother and our wives. It was very convenient to most anything you may want to do from restaurants to, shopping, to beach activities. We really wanted to stay longer but life takes over and we had to move along. We do plan to return as soon as possible.

The Camp Ground was very nice and the sites were spread out well so you didn't feel like you had someone over the top of you the whole time. It had the most beautiful nature trail. The host was very nice and was a great help. Two things the could improve on would be cleaner showers and restroom but they weren't that bad at all. We had to take an RV spot because we needed electricity. It would be nice if each campsite had an outlet. I have a medical device I have to plug in and it is always good to charge flash lights and phones if needed. But really nice.

Campground and the bathhouse were very clean
Was unaware they locked the gate at 10 pm with no guard.
Co- Hostess was very rude in regards to this.

Great staff and facilities... the hosts were always working to take care of our needs and answer questions. Don’t miss the Beautiful sunsets from the put in and hiking trails when the weather is clear. Check the LeJeune artillery and bombing range schedules if noise bothers you.
