Pros: I liked how convenient our site was to the restroom and spring. The spring was nice to enjoy on a hot summer day. Cons: The downside we had was a rowdy group of about 12 people that stayed near our campsite. I learned that quiet times rules are usually not heavily implemented at campsites. Because who would have the time to patrol around all night? There wasnt much we could have done besides asking those folks to keep their volume down. Even then they were talking LOUDLY until 1-2 AM, and then woke us up at 5 AM as well. Really dampened the peaceful nature camping experience here.

Enjoyed the peace and quite after 10pm. There were some loud individuals in the park, but, the host took care of the incident and all was calm after 10pm. The young lady that works in the afmissions gate was so polite, nice and knowledgeable. She was very professional. The whole staff was si polite and courteous that we will return.

What an incredible experience! Campsite 23 was right next to the bathrooms (in a good way), spacious, super close to the springs entry pathway, fresh drinking water spouts, AND a dishwashing station by the bathrooms (AMAZING)!! Alexander Springs was SO beautiful this time of year, seriously can't way to go back!!

Not dog friendly... dogs are allowed in camp sites and roads, just can't get anywhere near the main attraction...Campsites are perfect size, clean and mostly private feeling with natural barriers between sites... My biggest frustration and suggestion for improvement, 'In the site description, please state something to inform us using trailers with side door porch area, if site standard right side play area or backwards with no room for porch off right side of trailer.'

Great Experience. It is very clean. The employees are really nice. I was kind of scare at night because of all the sounds made by the wild life, but overall amazing experience.

Bathroom in our campsite Circle was closed but we were not notified of this when we arrived. We had to find out on our own. It was later opened in the evening but we werent notified, although we heard the campers next to us being told about it by a worker.

Customer service at the entry gate is always pleasant and helpful.
We love this park and we come back every year. Sadly this year they had a an issue with the restroom and bathroom and dish washing station on loop B and we had to go to the restroom in the other loops. All the doors were locked and a locksmith came to unlock but was unsuccessful. Also, something was happening to their sewer system because sometimes it would stink up the entire area from our campsite on loop B to the spring. That's why i only gave it a 4 star review. But the park is clean and well taken care of.
