Class A motor home width marginal but carefully negotiated, HEIGHT serious problem at several locations (loop C, day use areas).Day use past experience was excellent location to connect toad out of way DON NOT attempt now!

The staff at the front were very friendly and informative. The campsite was clean as well as the public restrooms/showers. There are metal storage bins you are able to put your coolers/food/etc. in to prevent bears/wildlife. We were able to collect surrounding wood for a campfire which made things more convenient. Ice and additional large logs/firewood are available to purchase at the entrance. We enjoyed two canoe trips; the only downside is the cost for a canoe rental was high ($50/day) and the main hiking trail/boardwalk is closed for renovations. Also, there are no individual outlets at each campsite and the only power outlet at the campground was in loop C by the restroom so I would recommend bringing a portable charger. Unfortunately, we had a portable charging device plugged in the outlet outside the restroom and it was stolen. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at the Alexander Springs and in addition we actually stayed an extra night. Would definitely recommend.

I really have No words... I have been to many springs This is my Ultimate Favorite place.. it not just about kayaking or the beauty of the park.. When I checked in the staff was 110% on it,, Greeted with smile and friendliness. My Questions where answered in detail.. This is one of the Best Guest services ever at a park.
I appauled the staff. I met some real happy park hosts that had alot of kindness... When people ask me I say absolutely Alexander springs !!! I never have an issue with reservation so I am happy..
I think other parks need to take a class on Guest Service from those who would at Alexander spring..
I always say It cost Absolutely Nothing to be kind to someone..
Thank you Alexander Springs... looking forwards to our Dec camping trip there...

The park was in great shape, and the campsite we stayed at was very nice. Swimming area was beautiful and very clean. However, we were extremely disappointed that the nature trails were closed. We sneaked past the "Closed for repairs" sign to take a look at the trails condition. It's obvious that it has been in disarray, and disrepair, for a long time. It doesn't look like there is much effort in place to even begin the necessary repair.

Nice grounds, springs were great. Not super quiet campground, but eventually the party died down. Restrooms were nice to have but pretty gross by night time, staff was there to clean in the morning.

My girlfriend and I drove from Baltimore to do some warmer-weather camping. We loved alexander springs. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. We were tent camping and stayed in C loop, the sites had a good amount of shade. They weren't right on top of each other, but the park wasn't extremely full either so that may have made it seem a bit more spread out. The day-use area with the spring was also very cool. Swimming out to check out the spring was one of our favorite experiences. I would recommend this area to anyone wanting a good camping experience without entering the backcountry.

Found the springs to be great and realy loved kayaking the waters. Did not mind not having sewer but not having power or water at the camp site was a big negative.

I called the office on several occasions days prior to arriving, in an effort to ascertain whether I could arrange for a boat rental upon my arrival. No one ever returned my call, despite leaving messages on the answering machine. Very disappointing.

Upon my arrival, I had a positive experience with the staff, registering and renting a kayak.

Gerry(?) who was in charge of the boat rentals was very friendly, and professional.
