We stay multiple times per year the campground, springs and staff are top notch. However, until the boardwalk is open or at least under repair, 0 stars is my review

Love this park. The night we stayed there was a freeze warning, so it was very hard to enjoy the water and the kayaking. Its a shame. The trail has been closed for a little while now.

Park was beautiful! Facilities in good shape, camp grounds well arranged. Staff at entry gate and store knowledgeable and friendly.

Well as soon as we arrived at camp we were happily greeted by staff member Jenna at the front gate. As we spent our trip at camp we were happy to see that Alexander Springs maintains its prestine look. Everywhere we went we saw staff cleaning and maintaining the area safe. It is always a pleasure to come to Alexander Springs Durring our stay Jenna stopped by to make sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything to let them know. It's always great to know the staff care about the people camping in the area. Can't wait to return with the family again.

The hiking trail by the springs has been undergoing repairs for the past 5 years. The access is overgrown, it doesnt look like anything has been done in a very long time. With the amount charged for camping and day admission it should be fixed so customers can enjoy the experience. Disappointed

I loved my weekend at Alexander Springs! Super friendly staff and no issues at all! I had site 030 and it was a corner lot with lots of space and a short walk to the bath house and the dumpster! I would book this site again for sure!! I was a solo female camper and felt very safe the entire time. Didn't get to see any bears, sadly, but went snorkeling in the spring and kayaked the river and it was peaceful! Plenty of small gators, turtles and beautiful birds! I didn't get to walk the trails but I know they're still damaged from the hurricanes.

We stayed at this campsite for 2 nights night before Thanksgiving. The campground is great: the campground is clean and well maintained, the sites are spacious, each site has a table with benches, a fire pit and a bear box. Bathrooms were clean and showers were hot.

Just an absolutely beautiful park. Sites are large, private and all the staff were wonderful. The canoe trip was amazing!

I love Alexander Spring, it is a beautiful place to swim. The campground is great, staff friendly and helpful. The bathrooms in the campground could use more cleaning

Facilities were great! Nice clean campground. Only issue was dumping at the dump station. Not enough room for a forty foot camper being hauled with a one ton pickup, crew cab, with an eight foot bed. The overhang of branches forced us to back down. Couldnt make the turn.

Well maintained, peaceful and beautiful. We loved our spot, it was perfect for our Class C RV

There was no water to the bathrooms, which would have been fine if we were given a heads up but we were not. No water at campsites. Bathrooms on Loop B were closed. Campers surrounding our campsite were loud past quiet hours and had no control over their children as they played a game of football on our site while we were there. Parked on our site as well giving us no privacy. We were looking for a relaxing get away as we love camping but unfortunately were not able to experience this.

Beautiful park with lots to do, especially with a family. There were lots of tents and the sites were relatively close together. Roads through the campground loops were probably a bit tight for larger rigs.

We had a great camping experience at Alexander Springs. The campsites were well maintained. We had a good distance between our family and other campers. The bathrooms were out of hand soap and toilet tissue in the AM, other than that the experience was very nice. We did rent canoes which we had to rent for the whole day but only used for 2.5 hours. The paddle itself was very pleasant. Not much shade so I suspect it is very hot in the summer. In November it was quite pleasant.

We didn't realize the Florida Trail was next to the grounds. Awesome trail! Same with the biking loop. Camp grounds are well maintained by very nice people. Showers were lukewarm for the colder weather but hot weather, they would be refreshing... stalls need some serious bleach TLC though.

There is the Spring to navigate through, the Florida trail to walk through. The park employees are very attentive and the camp hosts are welcoming. Its a superb place to go and base camp for a wonderful nature adventure.
