The spring was nice, camping areas were clean and spacious. The only issues we had were the Paul blart mall cop night security team hassling us about our generator. I had already spoken with the office prior to booking about the use of a quiet generator and was told it was fine. Even confirmed after quiet time? And was told yes as long as it is a quiet one. So after I explained that and gave the name of the person at the office I told this to I was told “well you just explain that to the park ranger when he’s writing you a ticket and see what he says” then “maybe we’ll move you guys over by (person at the office who told me this) and see how she feels about it then” so rude… BUT considering the fan for the bath houses were WAY louder then our barely there generator this was the most ridiculous argument ever. Then he proceeded to wait next to our campsite for 20 minutes to see if we’d turn it back on. For 31/ night to be hassled by the security is absolutely terrible. We will not be camping here again.

The staff was great, grounds were cleaned and well maintained. Neighbors on both sides were terrible with constantly screaming children past quiet hours but nothing you can do about that.
