What a great campground! The hosts on duty, Chris and Anissa were friendly and helpful. I saw how hard they (Chris especially) worked on keeping the bathrooms and campsites clean! The site I had (37) was long, level and had electric and water. The view of the little lake was great. I loved it here!

I have been camping at Ocean Pond all my life, it is my home away from home, my hushed and I try to camp there every other month for a week or two, we recently turned our great grand kids onto camping for the first time hoping they will come to love it as we do.

We had such a wonderful experience at Ocean Pond Campground! The atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, which made it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Our campsite was well located, with good space and easy access to the lake. The entire area felt safe and quiet, and we really enjoyed the natural setting, especially during sunset and at night with the stars. The restrooms and showers were simple but clean, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. Its a great spot for anyone looking for a more natural and calm camping experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Loved it. Peaceful, quiet, serene. The only improvement would be a larger turnaround area in the water loop for big rigs. Don't go down the gravel road if you can help it to turn around!

Great little camp ground in the Osceola forest. I had a primitive site. It was clean, the bathrooms/bathhouse was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Using GPS to find the campground was a little challenging (nothing to do with the campground) so if you are visiting, get and use coordinates. Fortunately I had been here before and knew the way.We stayed in the primitive section and although the sites there can be somewhat tight for a small travel trailer, everything worked out great. The camp hosts in our section (Chris and Elise) were wonderful and helped us to straighten out a misunderstanding on site selection. The campground is very nice with a number of activities, mostly water related. It is a place where you just come to kick back and relax. We had a very quiet and peaceful 2 nights there and would certainly return!!

Quite campground with a nice size spots. Good view of the sunset from the beach area, through the trees from our site. Bathhouse was a little dated but had hot water.

This campground is well maintained. A big bonus is the laundry facilities at the showers restrooms. It does see a good amount of people for sure. But it was pleasant and close to town.

We didn't realize it changed from fcfs to reservation so we were happy to find out we could still stay, we just needed to switch to available sites once we got there. We ended up on 4 different sites over 5 days and enjoyed all of them. The hosts were very friendly and the facilities were well maintained. For the complainers of facilities cleanliness please remember that your fellow campers and their children have more to do with how things appear after use. Also, its a campground not a hotel. Several people share the space and people can be disgusting. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

During the weekdays the campground is very quiet, but by Saturday the campground started filling up and was quite busy. The campground is very scenic as it is located along a small lake in the middle of the National Forest. Lake City was nearby so getting necessary supplies was not an issue.

Our first time at Ocean Pond. The location is quiet and peaceful, which makes it easy to relax. The campsites are level and well laid out, so setup is quick and hassle free. Everything felt straightforward and easy, which matters after a long drive. Overall, a good spot if you are looking for something calm and reliable.

Signage at entrance to the campground showing x number of units to the right and x number of inits to the left.Excellent RV accommodations. Better signage for start of side trail to access the florida trail.

Been to ocean pond a few times this year, I most likely never go again. Quiet hours are not enforced, Generators (not the quiet inverter type, but the old style loud type) running 24/7, dogs unleashed fighting with leashed dogs being walked, and anything left in camp was stolen if left unattended. I'm also pretty sure people were staying past the 14 day period, just moving to different sites, but I cannot confirm that. Worst experience anywhere in the country, and I've crossed the US 4 times in the last 5 years. It's a shame because it's a beautiful area. I actually left the last several days because it was so loud at my site and just came back for a shower and to dump my garbage. I hope things change, but you're better off boondocking or staying elsewhere.

Ocean Pond is a very nice and quiet campground. My biggest negative is the showers and bathrooms. Showers were so outdated and hard to get hot water to shower with. They weren't cleaned daily and the trash wasn't emptied daily. They just need updated and especially cleaned daily. Other than this its a very nice campground. One more complaint.....campfires were burning and there was a NO BURN BAN in effect. We very rarely saw the camphosts other than washing their private vehicles.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
