Great site on Timothy Lake. The amenities were great - the vault toilets are the cleanest I have seen there are plenty of water fill stations around. Sites are well sized and it doesnt feel crowded even when all the sites are full.

Beautiful campground, clean and spacious sites. Bathrooms kept up, well stocked and clean. Awesome staff who are kind and helpful!

We have always enjoyed Timothy Lake especially during good weather. Warren & Kareen were the camp Hosts during this visit and welcomed us with open arms and positive attitudes. We arrived early (standard check In is 4:00) and were allowed to set up when we arrived as the camp site was already clean and open. That really helped get the most out of our short 3 night visit. We also broke camp early (by 11:00 am) which we hoped made it easier for those that followed. The camp sites and facilities (dumpsters, bottle drops and restrooms) were all clean and organized, a testament to those that take care of the camp grounds. Our activities included Biking, Kayaking and walks and even though most of the camp sites were full around the lake there was still plenty of space to enjoy the peacefulness and solitude surrounding us. One of the highlights was watching a beautiful sunset as the sun fell behind the tree line in the west. Another was our 4 hour kayak trip around the east side of the lake. Please keep in mind the wind picks up usually around 2:30 - 3:30 which could make boating, boards or kayaking more difficult on your return trip. I recommend hugging the shoreline back to camp should you find yourself in waves or wind at the end of your journey.
