Peaceful place, extremely well maintained a little paradise!

everything was great about the trip except that we went during a fire ban and although the camp host reminded us of the fire ban at check in and there were signs everywhere, there were multiple people who were lighting fires in the fire pits in the campsites around ours. the camp host came to talk to one of the groups about something not related to the fires, and had a clear view of the fire, but said nothing. we observed him driving by sites where fires were burning, where he could clearly see them, but he said nothing. it’s a bit disappointing to see the lack of regard for our environment and the lives of others, from other campers but especially from the camp host. if any of the fires had gotten out of hand, we all would have had to evacuate and could have lost our stuff and potentially our lives.
