This campground is amazing! I was very happy with my spot and the time on the lake was breathtaking! My spot was a couple deep away from the lake and I think that worked out perfectly. There is a trail that goes around the lake and if you get a spot that is as close to the lake as possible, you are basically on that trail. Being a couple spots deep felt like there was no one near us. Especially nice since you cant hear the lake either and it can get super busy. The campsites are spaced out well and I liked that the campground has its own ramp access with parking. While we were there, there was a fire ban so unfortunately couldnt use the very nice looking fire pit. The bathroom was pretty decent for what it is. Everything else was perfect and it was a great time!We also went over to rent kayaks which was nice and easy. The lake wasnt too cold so we also swam a bit in it. The only slight negative to the day use side of the lake was that there was so many influencers. It didnt bother me much at all but it was definitely noticeable. The amazing views make sense for it as well.

Fantastic campground! Very private sites and good lake access. Should have stayed longer.

A quiet, forested campground (early June) with good site privacy and access to the pretty trail around the lake.

Was much better than the last couple of years. Nice to finally have the trail fixed. Our campsite was good but a family members picnic table was broken and they complained of bathrooms running out of toilet paper.

We love camping at Trillium Lake. The campsites are big enough. The lake is beautiful and the sky at night is amazing! Watching the sunset on Mt. Hood and star gazing is a must. The bathrooms were kept clean. There were chipmunks that would run around our site. We enjoyed watching them. We could've done with out the carpenter ants though. This was the first time I've seen them. We took a trip into town for something we needed. I can't wait to come back!

Nice campground, but be aware that there is NO WATER. As of last weekend when we went they were fixing the water lines. There was no notice till you got to the faucet that the water was out. We had to drive to Still Creek Campground to fill up our water jugs.

Rented Kayaks in Clackamas to save money and used them for fishing & cruising. If your camping, try to get a spot closer to the lake so you can easily bring chairs, tubes, coolers etc. Trees shade is great so there isn’t a need for canopy.
