We really wanted to like this campground. By all appearances it looks great. Campsite 16 is next to a stream with a waterfall. Campsites are amply spread apart, so we never heard our neighbors. The host had firewood for sale and kept the latrines stocked with toilet paper. But, this place is TERRIBLY LOUD from highway noise. Highway 26 curves by right next to the site. It's apparently a downhill stretch and semis were hitting their noisy air brakes even at 3 a.m. The traffic noise was bad at all hours and boomed over what should have been the soothing sounds of the stream. We will not be back.

Still Creek is one of our favorite go-to campgrounds. It's very well maintained by the fantastic camp hosts and is only 75 minutes away from the Portland metropolitan area. Each campsite has plenty of space and the two creeks running through the property are fantastic for drowning out most of the Highway 26 traffic noise. Did you forget something or want to nip out for a craft brew? Government Camp has you covered with a general store, places to eat, and a great brewery.

Well spaced out campsites close to Govt Camp. Camp hosts were attentive and friendly and the campsite was clean and well maintained. It was quiet. The campsite is in the forest with not much clearing so it is much darker than in open space. Our site (#16) was right on a beautiful stream.

Amazing campground. Large private sites, recommend stream side sites. Cant go wrong no matter what site you choose, everything you want to see and do is close. Recommend Ramon Falls hike.

Nice campground in good location; ample spacing between sites; some highway noise but not bad.
