Great camp hosts. Stephen was friendly and accommodating. Timothy lake is gorgeous and a great place to relax in nature.

Great campground. Large sites, some with lake view. Note, no flush toilets, but restrooms are clean. We enjoyed the peace.

Lovely campsite, good for a large group and right on the lake. I would have given this campground a higher rating but my neighbors were up drunkenly talking extremely loudly until 7am. Really wish the camp host wouldve done something.

We absolutely loved this campground. We had site 24, which was large and super close to the lake. The host was nice and the facilities very clean. Don't miss this great campground!

Perfect campground. The hosts were friendly and kept the restrooms clean. The lake and views of Mt. Hood were stunning. Fun kayaking (early in the day before the winds pick up). Mt. Bike trail along the lake is easy and fun.

Our family had a wonderful time here! The campground is situated along the beautiful Timothy Lake. The campground hosts were very nice, not pushy or nosy or strict. The campsites were good sizes, clean, and most offered privacy. There are walking trails throughout the grounds and hikes all around the lake. This particular week in August the campground was at full capacity, but we had no trouble with noise or barking dogs, or rowdy parties after dark. A lot of the campsites are lake side and easy to access. And the entire area was clean. They book quickly so I would recommend reserving a site well in advance. A couple months if possible. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is due to the lack of last minute availability, and some spaces cannot be reserved online. All in all we go to the lake to camp annually and Hoodview is at the top of my list as one of the BEST campgrounds on the lake due to the great hosts and environment.
