Absolutely amazing time, as always. Timothy lake is so beautiful. Clean bathrooms, clean park and really nice host, Steven. We had great time. Space 31 is lakefront but far enough back from the trail that you don't notice the bikers, bikers, etc. as of the time of our trip, campfirea in the pit we're allowed.

Great campground! Site 31 is huge, although there are only a few flat sites to pitch tents. Site 31 has access to the lake, wonderful views of Mt Hood, solid privacy, is close to a water station, and not far from the bathrooms. The camp hosts are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus cellular coverage is strong. I can't wait to return.

Campsite was clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were both clean and always stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Definitely would recommend this and will come again! Camp hosts were so helpful and friendly.

This is one of our favorite camp grounds. Over the years theyve made consistent investments that make this park more clean, user friendly and worth the value of time and money. Also, Pauline (camp host) on our latest visit was incredible. She was friendly, informative and efficient in her operations of cleaning, check-in out, etc. She even found my children later to give them junior ranger kits and made their day! We will definitely be back!

We were blown away by our experience at Hoodview and thought 031 was a perfect campsite. It is a good size with a nice view of the lake through the trees. The site is slightly down from the road, so it is more private, which is also helped by the way the trees surround it. The clearing in the middle was perfect for us to look up at the starts at night--looking at them from the lake is even more stunning. The site is just feet from the lake, so we walked with our chairs to sit on the shore every morning with our coffee. The walking path is between the campsite and the lake, but there is enough room to still have privacy. The only downside was the slight grade in parts of the site, which limited where we put the tent and our camping chairs, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The largest grade was from the parking spot down to the rest of the site, but it was something we liked because of the privacy it created. The water spigot and sink waste disposal is only one site away and the bathrooms are about three, which is a fairly close walk but not too close to get the drafts of smell coming from them at times. The campground is very well maintained. The host was friendly and hard working. And the vault toilets are impressively clean. We enjoyed taking our raft out on the lake multiple times. The view of the lake, surrounded by dense evergreen trees, and Mt. Hood in the background is breathtaking.

The park caretakers were very friendly and open to help you. The park was very clean and the grounds were perfect. Very nice view of the mountain and the lake was glass, perfect for our kayak. Would recommend to any and everyone.
