Beautiful. Quiet. Practically had to whole lake to ourselves it felt. Second time coming here. The campsite itself was a great location. A couple of steps down and youll be on the lake. Not recommended for those who are not able to walk down stairs. Has the potential to him three tents. Two are down the hill closer to the water while the first one is closer to the grill. Water from the spout is close too. The parking is very close too. About a two min (or less) walk to the site. Very clean. Check in at the lodge!

The lake is beautiful. Walking along under the canopy of the trees is a relaxing experience. We always live coming here.

Always love coming here for the day use, so it was great being able to spend the weekend here. The only complaint I had was the cart for loading and unloading was missing pretty much all weekend. Really not okay for walk in sites that hold groups. There should be more than one for the price of staying here. We went to ask the camp host for one too on arrival and departure and they were no where to be found. Otherwise, such an awesome stay. I like how the campsites were three levels!

Beautiful campground with ample space, privacy, and easy to access amenities. The lake access was incredible with trails from the campground leading directly to the lake. The camp hosts and camp store were well equipped and very helpful! The campsite itself in D-loop was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had ample space for our group of 5with two tents.

We had a great time, very clean, super friendly people. I've only gone before or after peak season so I can't speak to that. But May is just beautiful at Lost Lake!

Beautiful old growth forest. I've herd the term "old growth forest" before but came to understand it on this campout because of the well done informational signs located there.

Lost Lake is a favorite camping resort for us. Each spot is exceptionally private, the general store is great for ice cream or coffee and we have always caught fish here.

Such a beautiful area and campground. Very large sites, we had B9. Met the camp host, Ron, who was exceptional. Very warm and accommodating. We definitely will be back.

LOST LAKE IS MY ALL TIME FAVOTITE CAMPGROUND, specially shoulder seasons!

This is an idyllic camp ground! Somewhat remote but not difficult to get to (just be careful on The frequent s curves especially if youre towing). Paved roads and RV sites for easy in and out. The lake is pristine and easy to walk to. It was a real treat to access the Pacific Crest Trail from the south end of the lake. When I imagine camping, Lost Lake matches my imagining; mountainsides covered in conifers, deep clear lake, just enough services, private enough sites, loved our stay.

We loved our time at Lost Lake. Our camp site was clean and very large. The staff at the lake were wonderful and so very helpful, and the fishing was great!! We have a wonderful vacation.

Great park. At check in the girl didn't know any ADA sites. We had multiple days booked at different sites. When we got there she gave us a site for 3 night in same space , but had to go see if it was empty and come back to office. Volunteers were great and very helpful.

We absolutely love Lost Lake. Its beautiful, quiet and truly such a family fun place to adventure and play!
@KarynSF5437477 · Camped on Aug 13, 2024 at Campsite #B8
Beautiful and well maintained. The sites were all unique and fairly private, which was a plus for us. The trail around the lake and the old growth trail were both awesome and the lake is beautiful. No electricity so be prepared to boon dock with your RV. Only negative would be the dump site. It is located right next to their work center and can be busy between rvs and service vehicles.

Lost Lake is a beautiful spot to go camping! It's a busy campground, but everyone seemed to obide by the quiet after 10 pm rule.Was pleasantly surprised that the road is now paved all the way up.Will definitely reccomend, and be back!

Ive been going to LL for a few years now. Not sure how but its become a big party lake. This was by far my least favorite experience. Spent the day with music blasting and dogs barking, no peace. My campsite was surrounded by RVs with generators going full blast. The ground felt like it was shaking. They went until 10pm and started RIGHT back up at 0800. One campsite had an actual flood light on their space, spoiled star gazing for the duration. I love this place but Im going to look for a more peaceful setting next time.

Not an easy access to the lake and we didnt live that these sites had three tiers.
@MelissaP943882 · Camped on Jul 20, 2024 at Campsite #D14
Nice pull through site. 2 large tent pads. Lots of privacy. Love this loop just wish it wasn't such a trek down to the lake. Still can't beat the location. We enjoyed a week of fun and relaxation and will be back again next year.

Great site. Large and fairly private. Close to restroom - which was pretty clean considering it's a pit toilet.
@Cassandra52518 · Camped on Jul 18, 2024 at Campsite #A2
The campsite was perfect adequate (flat, picnic table, accessible water, pretty clean outhouses). The real benefit of this campsite is the amazing location. The lake, with its views of Mt. Hood are incredible. We would have loved to stay longer and rent a kayak. They have a general store (where we also checked in), but just fyi it closed at 7pm.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
