A perfect getaway - the lake is a perfect place for fishing or paddleboarding, and the campground is clean. The camp host is an absolute delight.

We really enjoyed our time at Harriet Lake. The camp host, Marylyn, introduced herself and was very pleasant. We made the mistake of not reserving our spot for 2 nights, and had to pick another spot for our second night - but it is a small camp ground so it was an easy move. The campground is neat and very clean. The grand kids even caught fish and swam in the lake. It does get a little windy in the afternoon but access to the lake is easy with the handicap ramps.

wonderful family friendly place to camp fish and hike. Beautiful lake and fun to look at the waterfalls along the walking roads. You may also be lucky to see the eagle sitting on top of the trees waiting to dive down to get his fish. The eagle is so beautiful to watch with his wing spread

The only negative thing I can say is that some people don't know how to clean up after themselves. If you cant respect the land please stay away . we need places like this for our future children to enjoy!!!
